All glam rainforest and beach destination wedding: Sadie and Jeff

What do you do if you want a jungle wedding and a beach wedding? You do both, of course! Sadie and Jeff celebrated each other in the lush rainforest and sandy shores of Belize, combining the best of both worlds. The exotic jungles of Belize are built for the adventurous spirit. Sadie’s gorgeous laced patterned dress with a sheer base perfectly complimented the rich green colors surrounding, finished with a blooming bouquet of wildflowers. Jeff rocked a sleek black tux with dark shades, a satin bow tie and orange bloom over the chest. Sadie and Jeff tied the knot amongst the ancient Mayan ruins on a brilliantly blue day, with all of their friends and family surrounding. Did I mention that the wedding party included a baby alligator? Why not, right?! The stunning temples and vast array of greenery provide prime photo opts, from sky-high panoramic views to romantic palm-tree overhangs. After several perfect shots, some refreshing coconut beverages, and plenty of warm embraces, the wedding party hopped on the bus and headed to the beach for an epic reception.
Not a detail was left out at the daylong beach fiesta. Guests were treated to customized tropical drinks courtesy of the bride and groom, including grapefruit cocktails garnished with hibiscus flowers and a rich bourbon with berries, all enjoyed at a buzzing seaside pool with a live DJ setting the atmosphere. Along with the delicious cocktails, the restaurant was serving up fresh local ceviche and peanut chicken skewers as a light appetizer, creating an ideal afternoon for all.
Sometimes when the tide is low and the sun is setting, the ocean mirrors the sky, creating a glassy backdrop that glows with delicate hues, an inviting walk through the sky. The faint silhouette of clouds rolled along the horizon as the two beaming newlyweds strolled along, the back of Sadie’s dress gliding over the shore with feathery finesse. Even the dining room decor was styled to perfection, with customized name cards written in golden calligraphy, and a table adorned with exotic bouquets, gold plates and rose pink shells. A luxurious, gourmet dinner was served at an over the water palapa, with Asian lanterns and icicle lights twisting along the thatch ceiling, creating a stylish blend of rustic elegance. Of course, after the speeches and the cake and the bubbly, the dining space was cleared for a groovy dance party beneath the stars. Cheers to the lovely dynamic duo!
