Nimisha and Aaron: Multi Cultural

When I first spoke with this couple I knew it was going to be a wedding to remember. Both the bride and groom agreed they wanted a fun, fusion wedding with lots of local touches and details. We were more than excited to help them plan a colorful wedding with lots of unique fusion details.

An important part to both the bride and groom was to not only have a great wedding, but a great party for their guests. The Groom was Christian, and the bride Hindu. They wanted a ceremony that incorporated different traditions from both sides that was as unique as they were.

We created a modern and bright mandap with the Caribbean Sea as the background, and tied crystals to reflect light into the space.

Guests sat on beautiful Chivari chairs and tropical flowers lined the aisle.
The couple wanted  the ceremony to reflect both of their faiths and be a reasonable length, that included both a Catholic priest & Hindu elder. They also decided to include personalized vows and even a jumping of the broom! The couple was lucky enough to experience the traditional Belize shower of blessings, and when the sky cleared they were able to finish the ceremony with the sunshine.

After the ceremony the guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers on the beach, while the couple used the last few moments of perfect sunlight for photos.

With a evening full of great food, a cigar bar, dancing under the stars, and cake cutting in candle light… we can say that the couple had a fantastic wedding and hosted the ultimate beach wedding bash.
